Terms and Conditions – ONEONE Entertainment

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the services provided by ONEONE Entertainment (Trading as ONEONE AGENCY) ("Agency", "we", "our") to the Client ("Client", "you") in relation to the booking of artists ("Artist/s"). By proceeding with a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to artist availability and shall only be deemed confirmed upon receipt of full payment and a signed agreement (where applicable).

2. Payment Terms

• Full payment of the booking fee is required no later than seven (7) days prior to the event date.

• Failure to make payment within this timeframe may result in cancellation of the booking at the discretion of the Agency.

• Payment can be made via Credit Card or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
  All payment details will be provided on the invoice.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation more than 7 days prior to the event: A full refund will be issued.

• Cancellation within 7 days but more than 24 hours prior to the event: A 50% refund of the booking fee will be provided.

• Cancellation within 24 hours of the event: No refund will be issued.

• All cancellations must be made in writing via email.

4. Artist Substitution

In the event that an Artist becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, the Agency will use reasonable efforts to provide a suitable replacement. If no suitable replacement is found, a full refund will be offered.

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client must provide a safe, secure, and suitable performance environment. The Client is responsible for ensuring all technical and logistical requirements requested by the Artist are met.

6. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform due to events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strike, or government restrictions.

7. Limitation of Liability

ONEONE Entertainment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the booking or performance.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
